Twice today someone's called and asked for Mr <insert my surname here>. Once from some home improvement company and one from Scottish Power ->
It is still immensely satisfying to ask where they're calling from and then declare that Mr <surname> is dead. ->
Scottish Power, of course, then asked if I was Mrs <surname> to which I say no and that I don't pay the bills anyway. ->
Scottish Power then asked if they could speak to the bill payer. To which I say no. Because they've called my personal mobile number. ->
I am the best at awkward responses to telemarketers. ->
