- Hilariously my mum has to fill in timesheets capturing how many minutes she spends on tasks each day. It has no column for the admin….#nhs ->
- …work that the nurses have had to take over from the actual admin staff who apparently have no time to type up letters & send them. #nhs ->
- Have instructed her to rebel against the system and add her own columns for travel and admin to the sheet and a note to explain #nhs ->
- May have convinced her because she been cheesed off at the ridic amount of paperworks the nurses have to do instead of seeing patients #nhs ->
- Also when a case is closed the nurses have to scan the entire file now. Not the admin staff. All the scanners are on the admin floor. #nhs ->
- Instead of making sure old people don't kill themselves, nurses where my mum works are scanning, writing letters & other non-nursing tasks ->
- I'm not entirely sure why they don't just get rid of the admin staff to save money, rather than cutting the no of nurses. :/ ->
