- In 2004 I went home from uni for my parents anniversary & for father's day & saw my grandparents before my Nanna passed away 2 days later.:/ ->
- That week, I also fell down the stairs, did my ankle in and couldn't get my 2nd year results for uni cos I was in A&E ->
- OTOH, the lecturer did feel bad for laughing when I said I couldn't collect my results because of it. ->
- "Dear Dr so & so. Sorry, couldn't collect my results. Fell down the stairs & went to hospital. I'll hobble along tomorrow" ->
- AND THEN, then he got to tell me I was repeating my 2nd year anyway because I can't code for toffee. 😀 ->
- What else? Oh. One of the arms fell off my glasses that week too. ->
- The only highlight of that week were my friends bringing a durian to scifi soc for me & having lightsaber battles with my crutches. ->
