…great to see the NHS trust that dealt with my mum's cancer last year in the news for…missing people's cases :/ ->
My mum's probably lucky she obsessively puts stuff in her diary cos she never got a letter for her 2nd 6 month appt ->
Then when she told the hospital about it they… sent her a letter about her next appt (which is next year) a week later. ->
OTOH the people who looked after me when I was hospitalised last year were fairly with it ->
