I got a weird pan-contraption for making poached eggs and I have finally VANQUISHED them ->
I admit, some of the problem is that I don't like most of the ways eggs are cooked & so timing gets tricky for me ->
I don't like fried eggs. Or scrambled eggs unless my Mum or I have cooked them. No hard boiled unless mashed with salad cream. No foo yung ->
No omelettes unless they've been cooked by my auntie in portugal ->
No pickled eggs. ->
Not keen on 1000 year old egg either. ->
