The thing about watching this Chef’s Table episode about pasta is that now I want to go to Italy to eat pasta.

Every so often I wonder if someone knows that because you have the ability to do a thing, it doesn’t mean that you have to do that thing

I just want them to tell me the description of what the book is about and then the reviews after because I am clearly not going to click through to find out if I can’t tell from the cover.

Of course, the minute I put the fan away thinking “oh, it has been a comfortable temperature for some time now” something changes and I am Too Warm.
